Great restaurant experience! I stepped in to get away from all the German cuisine I'd been eating. This place feels really welcoming as soon as you walk in, and the staff was extremely friendly. I sat at the bar and got amazing service with some really good recommendations for wine.
I chose the Dorado for my main, and the fish had so much flavor and tenderness. It all paired really well with the tomato sauce and rice. White fish can sometimes be plain, so I was really happy with how the chef prepared the dish.
I finished it off with a vanilla creme brûlée that had the perfect creamy texture and a nice hard sugar shell. I'm normally not a dessert guy, but again, the young lady behind the bar recommended it and paired it with a port that really brought out the vanilla flavors.
Quick note, the menu seemed to only be available in French and German. Fortunately my high school French came back after my first glass of wine. Overall a really enjoyable experience and I'd definitely recommend.

This is a great little French restaurant tucked away on a street just off the walkplatz. The waiter speaks French, which can be a nice break from German if you are a Francophile. We came here with some friends, and there was a table of French women seated next to us. Our area was smaller and secluded (just two tables), so we were able to maintain a conversation with each other.
There is a bar in the center of the restaurant, perfect for ordering Bordeaux. For our meal, we started with escargot. I think they may have been the best I've ever eaten. The butter and garlic were not overpowering and the snails were very fresh. My husband and I then ate the fish soup that was on the menu. The soup was uniform. There was no seafood, but it had the taste and aroma of seafood. Interesting, and I would call it more of a broth. Others had quiche Lorraine which looked wonderful. The youngest member of our party (less than 2yo) liked the quiche to her mother's delight. All the food looked wonderful, and we look forward to returning and trying more.
