I hesitate to review Cilantro because I only have good things to say. It would be a shame if this little gem just off Lidelplatz would become overrun with people looking for good, honest food and a pleasant atmosphere. Because they will surely find it here. In fact, they will also find great service with a smile. Most of all, if these would-be customers visit during the lunch hour, they will also find incredible value, perhaps "too cheap" for what one gets. I also heard that one can drink a lovely pisco sour in the evening that rivals the best cocktail bars in town. So what's not to like? The place is simply lovely and as soon as you leave, you start to imagine the next time you will return and what delicious menu items that might greet you. Lastly, there is an air of authenticity that emanates from the kitchen. This is not the type of place you plop down and slurp up a plate of meat and potatoes and then run off to your next appointment. This is a place where those who love food for the soul come to contemplate their day and enjoy a quiet conversation with their friends and loved ones. This is a treasure for Karlsruhe. Don't tell anyone.

Super chilenische Küche und unheimliche nette Bedienung inklusive Chefkoch und Küchenmannschaft. Kulinarisch haben wir uns wie im letzten Urlaub in Chile gefühlt. Kommen gern wieder.
