The master chef have the heart, passion and dedication to create their taste with lots of locally source ingredients to create their own miso paste, condiments, flavours on top of traditional cuisines such as sushi, tomyam soup, tapas, tartar, desserts and so on. Most important, he have great adventure and understanding of tastes. And we have special unfiltered live probiotics sake which is kind of creamy, rice fragant, slightly bubly wt slight bitter after taste. Beautiful unique meal in the world. Although some flavors might be strange but it's a great enjoyable adventure. Have an open mind and be thrill.
Wow! If you are in Madrid you have to go here. The taste and flavours are sensational and the design of the place is great (especially downstairs). Highly recommend the guacamole and the satay if you do not know what to chose.
Una gran experiencia para repetir y recomendar sin dudarlo, no encuentro palabras para poder escribir la explosión de sabores y de emociones que pudimos degustar, el ambiente increible, el restaurante muy acojedor, el chef Emil muy cercano, tremendo menú degustación que nos preparó...un espectáculo difícil de olvidar.
