Had we been able to, I would've visited this little spot again and again and again during this trip!
Not only is there a little pizza place attached but the flavors and the overall charm of this place just oozes old world.
The gentleman behind the gelato counter didn't speak hardly any English but he was so nice and polite he made it easy to order.
We each go 2 scoops with a cone.
I chose coffee and cookies and cream! Both flavors were just incredible. Smooth. Creamy. Rich but not overpowering. (Only wish I had added a scoop of the tiramisu )
She got walnut and chocolate. The walnut was suuuuper tasty but only if you like walnuts because the flavor was definitely strong!

Great food and good service! We got the pizza and pasta and they were both very good. The prices are great as well. To end our meal we had gelato from their wide selection of flavors. Would definitely come back here again!
This is also a pizza place but I went for the gelato! Usually when I go for ice cream I consider the flavors and then pick one, or at most two. However, at Pinochio's, they have 3 huge menu pages devoted to pictures of the different types of ice cream creations they have - an ice cream, whipped cream, sauce, toppings, all with different themes (tiramisu, banana, kiwi, amaretto, cherry, etc). So I got to just pick one of those.
The menu was in German, so honestly I don't know what was (chocolate ice cream with nut topping, but I don't know what the name was) but it was delicious! FTW. And the waiter was very friendly, although we ended up paying inside instead of waiting for the check to come.
