The best veggie burger I have had in a long time! Great potatoes on the side. Hearty & healthy, cute atmosphere. Recommend for a burger, esp if you are vegetarian!

Sitting right next to the Lehel station it is easy to pop in for a drink after you get off the train. It is a small place, seats about 20 inside. There is outdoor seating, which was not open due to the weather.
It is a bar for liquor drinkers with a large selection of a liquors to choose from. I counted 30 kinds of gin! If you are a beer drinker this is not the place for you. There are about 2-3 choices in bottles only. I don't drink liquor so that was a problem. Still I enjoyed my evening there. I'd go back if I was in the neighborhood.
The best burger I've had to date here in Germany! The combination of mixed drinks and burgers in this cozy place is really a great idea.
The burgers are decent sized (single or double optional), and it comes with a small portion of potatoes and a bite of slaw. Their sauces are always well prepared and interesting. The only improvement I can see I to make the patties more medium, which seems to be a rarity here Munich, but it was still tasty and not dry.
Place is tiny so make sure you book a reservation. Good ambient, cool staff, and juicy burgers gets 4 solid stars from me.
Equal parts Bond and Liberace, this is where you'll find legitimately delicious burgers served under plastic chandeliers and Schlager music. I can't tell if the interior decorator did his internship in Vegas or Rehoboth Beach. Either way, the kitsch and "glamour" stand in odd but oddly befitting contrast to the manly manliness of this whiskey, gin, and burger slinging pub.
Later in the evening, the barman uses an oscillating fan to help keep the atmosphere from becoming too opaque, as he and other patrons spare themselves the footsteps to enjoy their burnt offerings outside.
Great for drinks at any time of evening, or for awesome-tastic burgers. Bring your big boy wallet.
