Möchte meine Bewertung erst morgen schreiben, da ich am 17.11. das erste Mal die Location besuche. Freue mic hschon drauf, beim Wiegen zum "Profiboxen auf dem Betze" dabei zu sein
This hotel is Pet Friendly, People Friendly, Guest Friendly and Group Friendly. We stayed several weeks in 2016 with our kitty while looking for a home in the Kaiserslautern area. The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating regarding our pet. They showed great concern and even recommended a local Veterinarian when we had a digestive emergency with our cat. The rooms are clean, there is TV and Wifi. The restaurant menu is diverse, the staff (Ralf, Ewa and Alexandra) are very helpful and always professional. We have taken visiting guests and coworkers to dine at this location and they have all enjoyed their meals. Highly recommend this location for any travel needs.
Waren am 23.12 das erste mal da und ich muss sagen Zimmer war Top das Personal im Restaurant am Empfang und auch beim Frühstücks Buffet waren alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend immer gefragt ob man noch was möchte auch die Preise für Zimmer Essen und Frühstück fand ich sehr in Ordnung.
Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen �
First time there today and our experience was Awesome! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would recommend.
We stayed in this pet-friendly hotel. The customer service was great and everyone was always friendly. The Restaurant was great too, open for lunch and dinner.
We also did a Whiskey Tasting there and it was interesting and fun, 4 course dinner was included! Next year they are adding even a Wine Tasting? When we leave we are going to stay there again.
Oh we are also still going on a regular bases to the Restaurant where the staff still remembers us!
It’s an unbiased five star rating as we’ve travelled throughout Europe and there is much to be said about a family run business. They work so much harder than those working for chains. My sister in law, Heidi or her son, Alex, will go daily to pick fresh vegetables, breads and whatever else they need for the restaurant side. The only thing that I’ve seen ever get delivered is the beer and lots of it.
Heidi has sacrificed much for the hotel but in her heart, I know she wouldn’t change a thing. My niece, Angela, works along side her mom and brother. Yes, they have chefs but none ever seem to be good enough for the Barb so it is my family who cooks and does so proudly. They don’t need the money, they could walk away today but all the money in the world wouldn’t give them the love and passion they have for the hotel. If each one of us gave 1/10 of what each of them give each and everyday, the world would be a better place.
We really enjoyed our 17th wedding anniversary lunch at your wonderful restaurant. The food was awesome, super cozy atmosphere and an incredible staff!!
This is a family run military, children and pet friendly hotel in the Ktown Area... very friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and food....
My family and I stayed here for our first night in Germany. It was perfect! The accommodations were extremely clean, comfortable and charming. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was delicious. Our stay here made our first impression of Germany a great one. Thank you! We won't forget you and hope to come back one day!
Am Wochenende 27.-29.01 hatten wir das Glück mit unserem Verein mit 38 Personen in diesem schönen Hotel unterzukommen. Wir hatten 26 Zimmer, sowohl EZ als auch DZ gebucht. Es erwartete uns ein sehr freundlicher Check inn mit sehr kompetentem Personal. Die Zimmer waren alle neu renoviert und schön eingerichtet. Auch im Punkt Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Der Service im Hotel war richtig toll, sehr nettes, aufmerksames Personal, dass auch ohne Probleme auf Sonderwünsche, wie z.B. allergiegerechte Mahlzeiten, eingegangen ist. Das reichhaltige Frühstück im netten Restaurant war sehr gut und auch die Speisekarte machte es uns leicht für jeden etwas passendes zu finden. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch im "Barbarossahof"
