In Erlangen, Gingko is one of the good places to have sushi! Although it is rather hard to find, as it is on the first floor. You can eat running sushi here (I would recommend to make a reservation if you plan to come with 2 or more people) or order with a list. The quality of the fish is very good! Quality of the soups can vary sometimes... Prices are moderate, as it is common for Japanese food. I can really recommend this place if you are close to the pedestrian zone and look for a good sushi place close to it. 4 stars because of the soup incidents sometimes ;)
