Waren an Wochenenden in das 350km entferne Örtchen , ein ganz tolles Ambiente.
Trotz vollen Hause wurden wir sehr nett in Empfang genommen, das Service Personal war sehr freundlich und super fix �wir hatten nur eine kurze Wartezeit und wurden mit super leckeren Essen belohnt .typisches Düsseldorfer essen �(braten/Steak mit Senf und Zwiebel Kruste) auch das Bier � ist super lecker
5 Sterne � für top essen und top Bedienung.

Klasse Essen, gute Getränke, toller Service, angenehmes Ambiente, gute Preise, alle Karten werden akzeptiert. Achtung, wie im Brauhaus üblich krank die Bedienung schon mal burschikos bis Keck sein. Wenn im Uerige, Fuechschen oder im Schumacher das Essen und der Köbes zusagt, ist im Joh. Albrecht auf jeden Fall ein Besuch fällig. Ich empfehle Himmel un Ääd falls was lokales gewünscht ist.
A bike ride to visit this place was well worth it. Only had enough time to buy a growler of their "craft " beer which was an American Pale ale...at least my taste buds thought that. A rare find at a German brewery. It tasted fantastic.
Stopped by on our way to France.
Superb food and beverages, There were some parking spaces just outside so no problems coming by car.
The only down side was that I had to drive again so I didn't try out all beers.
But this place makes us want to come back to Dusseldorf again.
And next time we will take more time at this jewel.

Sehr sehr leckeres Essen und ein super Bier - schönes Ambiente und sehr nettes Personal - mein erstes Mal "Himmel un Ääd" - ein Traum! Und wenn man aus München kommt dann ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier erst recht ein Träumchen.
Hervorragendes Essen (habe mehrere Gerichte probieren dürfen), super leckeres Bier, und tolle Bedienung, die auch gut Englisch sprach.
Urige Atmosphäre, regionale Spezialitäten und das Craft Beer ist "a la bonne heure"! Der Pitcher 1,5 Liter zu 12,50€ ist auch okay!

Great place for a genuine German meal! The staff are all extremely friendly and very helpful with suggestions and information. The food is great and, with ample portions! Their alt beer is very good. Cute little bridge inside!
Four different beers on tap: Alt, Messing (brass / Export), Kupfer (copper / rather malty, both in colour and taste) and Craft beer. I tried all except the Alt, and I prefer the Messing by far: fresh, full body and the only one with enough hops to make it a good beer!
Dinner was good: I can recommend the asparagus pan / Spargelpfanne.
This brewery and restaurant has a great relaxed vibe, tasty food, and friendly service.
I went on a weekday evening with a small group; we had a bit of a wait for the limited outdoor seating.
I had a delicious pasta with chanterelle mushrooms in a tomato-based sauce. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable.
I can't speak to the brewery's beer, but I can recommend this place for a casual meal or an evening catching up with friends.

An extra star as it is the only decent beer and food option within walking distance of the Courtyard. And it is a rather pleasant walk via the bike path across the highway.
Beer is ok, nothing really special. Alt is the specialty (duh you are in Düsseldorf). The food is solid. Solid German as if Sausage and schnitzels.
Service is great and they have an English menu with a few typos if you must.
As a traditional German restaurant, food here is exceptionally delicious. Very comfortable environment and also not pricy. Two thumbs up!
Wonderful restaurant and brewery!! It is located in Neiderkassel, in a quiet residential area, which gives it a lot of character and allows you to have a more local experience. The aesthetics of the building and surrounding landscape are simply charming... everything you would come to expect of a German Brew House! There is plenty of seating too! They have indoor/outdoor bar seating and indoor/outdoor restaurant seating. We opted to sit outside amongst the beautiful foliaged exterior. I had 2 house beers, a fresh pretzel, small salad and an apple strudel. My husband had a huge salad with fried eggs and potatoes. We were both very pleased with our meals. Everything was fresh and flavorful, the service was friendly and prompt, and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely visit again! If you are looking for a cool place, away from the beaten path, with distinct German charm, then look no further. This is the place!
Tolles schmackhaftes Essen, sehr leckeres selbstgebrautes Kupferbier(dunkel) und einen leckeren "Gespensterschnaps". Sehr nette und freundliche Bedienung. Einfach toll gewesen!

Das Essen war sehr lecker! Die selbstgebrauten Biere auch! Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen sicher wieder. Zu empfehlen ist die Brennerei Besichtigung bei Schmittmann direkt gegenüber.
Super nettes Personal!! Unser Enkel ist gestürzt und hat sich eine dicke Beule am Kopf zugezogen, das Personal war sehr schnell mit einem Eisbeutel zur Stelle. Auch wird hier super auf Kinder eingegangen beim Essen und Getränken. Danke
Schön und ruhig gelegenes Restaurant mit hellem Wintergarten und leckerem essen (für sowohl großen als auch kleinen Hunger) zum fairen Preis. Waren hier zum Mittagessen und hatten lecker Flammkuchen.

Die Lokalität ist sehr gemütlich.
Sehr außergewöhnlicher Platz. Wunderschönes alten Restaurant mit leckerem Essen, hausgebrautes Bier im Biergarten zwischen vielen Grünen. Sauber und die Mitarbeitern sind sehr freundlich.
Wir waren mit Fahrrädern unterwegs, damit superschnell erreichbar aus Düsseldorf oder Meerbusch.
Super gut. Essen und Trinken sehr lecker.
Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und höflich.
Es dürfen max. 50 Gäste rein. Abstand der Tische sehr gut. Es wird regelmässig durch gelüftet. Ich kann das Brauhaus nur sehr empfehlen. Weiter so.🍻👍
