Wir waren heute mit einer Gruppe von 8 Leuten hier. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen, sind alle satt geworden und auch meine Großeltern haben sich sehr gefreut, hier mal etwas "ausprobieren" zu können. Auch die Weine, wir haben am Tisch roten, weißen und Rosé getrunken, waren alle sehr lecker.
Der Service war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer zur Stelle wenn wir einen Wunsch hatten.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!
Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal und bestimmt auch nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Wir freuen uns immer wieder auf das Essen dort und werden dort immer freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient.

So lange habe ich nach einem super leckeren Libanesen Ausschau gehalten. Die Phoenicia Lounge in Bonn hat mich total überzeugt. Essen top, Service top, libanesischer Wein überaus top! Nur weiterzuempfehlen. Ich komme definitiv wieder.
Das beste war: es gab "kibbeh naje", ein Rindertatar Gericht mit Bulgur, das auch noch hervorragend geschmeckt hat. Fast so wie bei Mama zuhause :)

Libanesisch hat sich zu meinem Lieblingsessen entwickelt. Und hier wird es sehr sehr lecker serviert. Wenn man eine Platte für 2 Personen nimmt hat man von Allem etwas dabei.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam.

Allerdings hätte die Mäsä-Platte für 2 Personen mal locker für 3 oder gar 4 gereicht.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, werden dann aber wohl irgendwie "anders" bestellen. ;-)
Ich war gestern zum wiederholten Male hier. Es war wie immer alles super. Preis, Leistung und Service sind spitze.

Wunderbares Essen, freundliche Bedienung, angenehme Atmosphäre!!!!
Whilst staying with a dear German friend this Thanksgiving Day, we were delighted to be treated to an amazing Lebanese feast! The fresh and varied hummus's, falafel, and kabobs appealed to our finicky children and provided a wonderful base for the full flavored wine. The service was great and the staff friendly- they brought art supplies to the kids and, late in the evening, a memory card game to occupy them as they'd become a bit restless.
(One highlight was the silly pics I snapped of the kids with a gigantic hookah in the basement near the WC! ;)
P.S. Also, a big thank you to Marita, our friend who lives just up the Straße from this memorable restaurant!
Meal for 2 serves enough for 4 people!! Love that there was sampling of everything.. and it was all good! Fresh ingredients, huge portions, and attentive service.
A few pros:
- When ordering the meals that offer a variety of everything, a huge bowl of uncut veggies are served! It's really refreshing to have these crisp, cool veggies as the vehicle to get the dips into my mouth!
- Nice setting.. cute inside. Located in the cute Poppelsdorf neighborhood
- So much variety!

Phoenicia Lounge is a very nice Lebanese restaurant right at the heart of Poppelsdorf. It might even be the best location to have such tasty Middle Eastern specialties in such a well-decorated and clean restaurant in Bonn. Plus, the service is always friendly, though not so fast.
As for the food, we ordered Masa for 2 and almost all of the mezes served with warm pita bread were super-tasty. Especially tabouleh and baba Ghanouge (and the hot dipping sauce served with olives and fresh vegetables) are strongly recommended. The hot appetizers, falafel, Kibbeh Meklieh, Sambusik lame bil, bil Sambusik Sabanach were quite tasty, too, but unfortunately falafel and kibbeh were very dry and almost burned. The other meat and poultry stuff, Lahem Mischweh, Chich Taouk, Kafta served with fried potatoes and rice were good but average, there was nothing special about them. Sweets can be considered as average, too. They also serve Lebanese beer, Almaza, which I found quite tasty and refreshing.
Despite its shortcomings, I believe Phoenicia Lounge is a perfect place for all who like tapas-style Middle Eastern mezes and having a sampling of almost everything. The prices are a little above the average but given the amount, quality and taste of the food, it's worth every penny. I will definitely visit the place again, and again, and again... :)

Phoenicia Lounge was a very pleasant surprise!
It's a rather unassuming restaurant from the outside, tucked in among the dozens of restaurants in the heart of Bonn-Poppelsdorf.
Once the food starts, coming (and coming, and coming, and coming), the variety of options will make a fan of anyone who loves simple, flavorful, food.
Our group ordered a Mezze (#55 on the menu, I think!), which said it was for 2 people - but fed our group of 4 quite handily. We started off with a *huge* bowl of fresh, uncut vegetables accompanied by warm pita bread, fattoush, hummus, baba ghanoush, kibbeh, sambusacs, etc., etc. Once we finally polished it off (almost an hour later!), we were brought a platter of grilled beef, lamb and chicken.
Dessert was the low point of the meal, as we were looking forward to baklava, but received meghli (custard-type pudding) with rosewater, instead. The rosewater was overpowering, and one table-mate commented, "It tastes a bit like my grandmother's bathroom smelled."
The service (which was painfully inadequate, even by German standards) and meghli were the only detractors from an otherwise delicious meal.
Die Portionen könnten etwas grösser sein, das ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Die Zutaten sind frisch, die Zubereitung ist gelungen.
Absolutes Lieblings-Restaurant in Bonn. Super leckeres Essen (die Mezze-Platten sind das Highlight), guter Wein, gute Stimmung, sehr freundliches Personal. Alles fantastisch und jedem zu empfehlen!

Das Personal hat geradlinig, gepflegt und freundlich gearbeitet.Ich fand das Gebot äußerst sympathisch.Mutter und ich waren zu gemeinsam anwesend und jeder von uns hat etwas anderes sich bestellt ich für meinen Teil kann behaupten, ich habe von allem (ein) bisschen probiert und es war ganz tol.Wir finden das Lokal passend für sämtlichen Anlässen egal ob mit Kollege, Bekannten oder Sippschaft ; ).
Service war super, Speisen alles sehr lecker. Ein gelungener Abend mit der Familie. Gerne komme ich wieder
