My friends and I were very disappointed with food in Berlin until we found you, Royal 44. Have no words for the hospitality and the exquisite food. Loved the atmosphere and decor of dinning. Very nice, open and funny staff. Big plus that the staff is so family friendly, offering children lollipops. They offer classic chai also! Highly recommend!
Zum 2. Mal Falafel gegessen, die frisch gemacht werden und super lecker im Dönerbrot sind. Bedienung sowas von nett und die Wartezeit wird mit einem Schwarztee versüßt. Einfach TOP!

The restaurant was nice and cozy but at the same time not small like most other places in berlin. Nice decoration aswell! Excellent staff, very polite and helpful. 10/10, doesnt get much better than this really.

Ein ganz tolles kleines Restaurant in der Nachbarschaft - einfach Spitze. Nach einem halben Jahr immer noch so top wie am ersten Tag! Sehr gastfreundliches Team, sehr leckeres Essen, sehr guten Tee - bleibt bitte möglichst lange die "Royals der Schönhauser"

All die Jahre dachte ich, ich hätte den besten Gemüse Kebap Berlins bereits gegessen, doch das wurde heute widerrufen. Ein guter Kollege versprach mir heute zur Mittagspause einen leckeren Gemüse Kebap. Während wir uns unterhielten, versuchte ich ihn noch davon zu überzeugen, zu meinem “derzeitigen Lieblingsdöner“ zu gehen, doch ich ließ locker.

Das Lokal “Royal 44“ ist wirklich sehr sauber, hat freundliches Personal und hat jede Menge Stil. Hier kommt wirklich jeder auf seine Kosten. Es ist modern und es herrscht eine entspannte Atmosphäre, bei der man sein Essen sehr genießen kann.
Doch nun kurz zu meinem Gemüse Kepab:
Das Fleisch war kross, das Gemüse leicht und lecker, das Brot auf den Punkt, die Soße...einfach schmackhaft.
Der Döner war saftig und für MICH der bisher beste Gemüse Kebap Berlins.
Doch was rede ich so viel... macht euch einfach ein eigenes Bild davon ;)
Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, um auch die restlichen Gerichte (Halloumi, Falafel und Co.) zu probieren.
Ich wünsche dem Team von “Royal 44“ bis dahin alles Gute !!!!
Bester Döner den ich je irgendwo gegessen habe! Kann man nicht besser machen! Dazu noch sehr nette Mitarbeiter und ein super Ambiente! Durch und durch empfehlenswert! Hätten mehr als 5 Sterne verdient!
Moin, wir waren kurz vor Ladenschluss dort. Trotz alledem waren sie super freundlich und es hat Mega geschmeckt, kann ich nur empfehlen, also was die Veggies angeht!!!! Und Grüße an den Zauberer �

Didn't think it would live up to the hype. It did!
We were heading to this neighborhood to go to another destination and were looking for a place to grab a bite to eat. We saw the reviews of this place and decided to give it a shot. We were glad we did. The food was prepared fresh and was excellent, and the prices were cheap. I would definitely eat here again the next time I'm in Berlin and in the neighborhood.
Edited to add: Count your change! I was shortchanged by the cashier and would like to think that it was an honest mistake but I know some venues try to take advantage of tourists. In any case, I realized the error and the cashier was apologetic.
Kebab (doner) taste great and they are so friendly to help me to select my prefect meal. I ordered chicken kebab and wanted to have 2 pieces of falafels to taste. They suggested to put the falafels put inside the chicken kebab. It's rich and delicious. They offer free turkey tea. The strong turkey tea is nicely paired with their food. They do have vegetarian options as well.
Lecker! If you love Döner as much as I do you must come here. I became emotional twice before I finished my first generously portioned, perfectly spiced, nothing short of incredible Döner here. It may have been the strength of the delicious free tea which overwhelmed me, however, this lives up to the hype attributed to Mustafa's which does not hold a candle to Rüyam. Worth traveling across Berlin for. I will be here for all my Döner needs moving forward.

Best chicken kebab I've ever had! It was a flavor explosion - spicy, sweet, creamy, garlicky with contrasting textures. The chicken was well seasoned and so so tender and I loved how they added a couple extras - sautéed diced veggies and mint. The bread was fresh and toasted as well. The service is very friendly - they offered us free tea while we waited.
My favorite place for doner in Berlin. The doner platter is generous and super fresh. The platter beats most others I've had in the city. With other places, other parts of doner plates are afterthoughts (such as the salad or potatoes). This place's entire platter is intentional and delicious. Falafel here is also a winner. Staff is friendly as well!

Amazing food! Amazing service. Staff knows English. The best part of all is the price. Totally worth it for the size and quality of the sandwich. Don't miss the garlic sauce and herb sauce.
This is probably my first ever review and it goes to royal 44 for the sandwich and price.
By far the best Kebap sandwich I've eaten on my trip in the Europe and the cheapest. They also serve hot tea that is free.
We had a great experience at this place. Stopped by for a quick sandwich on the go and the owner (I assume) was super friendly helping us figure out what to order (since we don't speak German). He offered us free tea--which was awesome--if we stayed and ate at the restaurant. The kebab sandwich had soooo much flavor and was absolutely huge. If I hadn't been a few beers deep and in feast mode I probably would've taken half home for later. It's a great place to stop!
We have a tradition of eating at a new Gemuse Hahnchen Doner place each week....and this is by far one of our favorites. The flavor, the ingredients and care with which it was made were all top notch, from start to finish! They served us complimentary tea, also sehr lecker, and the service was extremely friendly. We will certainly be back...
Einer dee besten Döner die ich gegessen habe. Wirklich. Was mir besonders gut gefallen hat, war die große auswahl an Broten, da ich das normale Dönerbrot nicht so mag. Das Fleisch war super lecker. Der Laden war sauber, und hatte eine digitale Anzeigetafel mit Abholnummern. Super freundliche und junge dynamische Mitarbeiter.
Im Großen und Ganzen ein sehr guter Ort um einen Döner zu essen.

Bester Döner der Stadt! Gemüsekebap mit super Sauce und geschmacklich einfach alles gut abgestimmt. Und das beste ist das MEGA freundliche und nette Personal! unbedingt Trinkgeld geben... alle im Team bedanken sich persönlich!
Uns hat es bei Rüyam sehr gut gefallen! Die Box war mit reichlich Fleisch gefüllt und auch die übrigen Zutaten schmeckten frisch. Das Personal war unheimlich freundlich und die Wartezeit völlig in Ordnung. Das scharfe Chillipulver (Selbstbedienung) ist klasse! 🌶👍🏻
